The energy pool

There is an order of how power stations start producing electricity.
The first power stations that start generating electricity are nuclear power stations, then came renovable power statins (wind, sun, hydroelectric) and at the end

Nearly all countries in the world consume more electricity than the generated by the sum of nuclear and renovable power stations, so if you turn off the light, use a less consuming TV, do not use too much your heating, ... you are making this a better planet to live in.

In the future maybe we have so much renovable power stations that it doesn't matter consuming electricity, but now consuming electricity means burning oil or coal, so please, use electricity as less as you can

Colaborate or donate

There is a lot of people who already is working hard to preserver the planet. You can join any of those ONG or contribute donating an small quantit of money each month.
A few examples of ONG are:

• Greenpeace
• Sea Shepherd
• Clean up the world
• PETA

And probably close to you there are at least one organization that takes care of lost animals.

Each one should donate according his possibilities. Start with an small amount and in the future increase your contribution if you can.

First steps

What everyone can and should do:

• recycle as much trash as you can
• buy less things, do not waste
• eat more bread, pasta, rice, fruit and vegetables and less meat and fish
• transportation preferences: walk or bike, public transport, electric vehicles, motorbike, hybrid cars, cars with small fuel consumption
• share the green vision with the people you know and social networks
• vote according to green objectives

The purpose of humanity

Probably the main purpose of people as part of a animal specie is to perpetuate, but humans are far from just trying to feed themselves and their children.
It would be hard to find an answer to avarice, egoism and overprotecting our children but it will be easier to define what we want to be as a group for it is easier to write good laws when we think they will apply to all people than decide what to do each day avoiding our instinct.
We should realize that there is only one world and that it must be kept for future generations of human and that we are not the only specie in this world, neither we have more right to live than other living things.
